However, personal information will still be requested and will be stored temporarily for us to be able to fulfil your order requirements. 

 

CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000

The Distance Selling Regulations (which allow consumers a seven day cooling offer period after purchasing and a right to cancel an order during this period) do not apply to a personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification thereby excluding Surrey Lifestyle products. A cancellation during this period needs to be agreed between the customer and Surrey Lifestyle on a case by case basis.
